The Best Meatball Recipe

Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.

1 pound combined beef, veal, pork (must be fresh)

3 large eggs

1 cup grated Romano Locatelli Cheese

1 cup bread crumb

1 clove garlic - minced

1 teaspoon salt

(All mixing is done be hand)

In a large bowl mix beef/veal/pork with eggs. Then add bread crumb, cheese, and salt. Finally add minced garlic in stages. Add a little garlic, then mix. Add some more, then mix. This way all the garlic does not end up in one meatball. Now, it's time to roll up the balls. Average size is roughly 2 inches in diameter. I usually get around 18 to 20
meatballs per pound.

Easy Summer Crock Pot Recipes

Summer is a great time for crock pot recipes. It may be hot and humid outside, but you still need to make dinner for you and your family. You can't barbecue every day. The weather won't let you. Sandwiches and salads can be delicious, but sometimes you want a hearty meal at the end of the day. When I come home from work, I don't want to come home to a sandwich. I already had that at lunch time. Ordering out is nice every once in a while, but that can get expensive really quick, especially if you have a large family. With crock pot cooking however, you can make just about anything for dinner without heating up your whole house like your oven does. With that in mind, I present to you some easy summer crock pot recipes for you to try.

The second on the list of healthy cooking recipes is beef and broccoli. A common misconception is that you can't eat meat if you are on a diet. The truth is you can eat meat as long as it's mixed with the right ingredients. Replacing the usual cooking oil with olive oil, for instance, adds a lot of health benefits and makes the dish taste better. The right mix of oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil makes this dish a healthy favorite.

The reason why broccoli is used in this dish is because of the health benefits of the vegetable. Rich in Vitamin C, broccoli is good for the body especially in providing resistance against colds and coughs. It can also control some diseases which include diabetes, arthritis, heart disease and cancer. Moreover, it helps slow down the aging process.
